Our work as wealth administrators aims at being intermediaries between the bank and the client and we strive for providing an added value to this relationship. In fact, our independence with respect to the bank allows us to be upright and manage our clients’ assets in the way that best approaches his/her interests
Our objective is not only to manage the securities deposited in the account of the economic body but, more globally, to consider the assets as a whole.
The relationship our managers keep with our clients is fundamental, since the needs and demands are specific. Therefore, we work based on mandates and we keep up a relationship of confidence with our clients.
Nous avons créé cette compagnie en 1996 avec mon frère. Cette aventure familiale se poursuit aujourd’hui dans la continuité de notre business modèle. Control body
Located in Switzerland and ruled b the Swiss Law, Pramadex SA is subject to a license to operate issued by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMAin accordance with the Federal Law on Financial Institutions Act(FinIA) and to its implementing ordinance (FinIO). Furthermore, the company meets the requirements governing the diligent and transparent provision of financial services and the offering of financial instruments according to the Federal Financial Services Act (FinSA) and its implementing ordinance Financial Services Ordinance (FinSO)
Pramadex SA is affiliated with a Supervisory Body: the OAR of AOOS, the supervisory body for asset
managers and trustees.
Also, Pramadex SA is affiliated with Ambud Fiance Switzerland (OFS). OFS was recognised as an official
Ombudsman’s Offices by the Federal Department of Finance.
Pramadex SA has been a member of the SAAM (Swiss Association of Asset Managers) since 1996. Considered as the holder of an excellence and seriousness mark, that certifies the high quality of the asset management services, the ASG is officially recognized by the FINMA.
The internal audit is conducted by the Swiss company AML Révisionwell-known by its professionalism, and the audit company Depigest SA
